The Healthy Hippie Mama is a blog and Youtube Channel devoted to alternative health and Helping Mama’s Get Closer To Nature. The Healthy Hippie Mama started after I suffered from years of ill health, never understanding why I was young, yet never felt good. After discovering root imbalances like food allergies and leaky gut syndrome, I turned to alternative health and was able to heal my body deeply. I evolved physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I also had 3 natural childbirths, two of which were home births. Through those experiences I learned a lot and wanted to share what I learned in hopes to inspire others. Here we have allergen friendly recipes and DIYs, to the more hot button topics like circumcision, vaccinations, GMOs, and homeschool. We strive to provide the right information for our viewers so that they are equipped with the knowledge to make informed decisions for their health and the health of their children, our future generation. Knowledge is power!
